i really do want to write about these things as i learnt a lot, in fact i'm still learning a lot, from all 3 endeavours.
i learnt about what i don't want to do ever again
i learnt about what i want to dive deeply in to &
i learnt what will always help calm me when my edges are being frazzled by the world around me
and also, after months & months of subconscious & conscious thought
i have worked out why
