anyone for converse geometrics . . .?!? . . . .

I suppose in mathematics there is some formal whizz-o-wow thing that is converse geometry*. . . but this isn't about that.
Nor does it relate in anyway to hypotheses.
Nor shoes !
Oh no, no such deep thinking is required.
This is about graphing simple geometric patterns, choosing 2 colours of one of my favourite NZ yarns, applying a technique of stranded colour work crochet & seeing what happens.
I drew the patterns up in June, chose the yarn I wanted to use, chose an appropriate size crochet hook & proceeded to make a couple of test pieces.
The result of my experiments enabled me to create small purses which measure approximately 13 x 9cm.
Each purse has 2 sides & each side uses 2 colours.
Both colours are 'carried' along on each side, which means both colours are always available.
& yes, you know where this is going . . .
I love this sort of exploration because you never really know what you will end up with.
I especially love it when it turns out that I love what it becomes.

*I have totally made up this term ;)
